Called Gary from a friends recommendation. The job was more complex than usual due to poor work from the builder before. but all taken in his stride. He arrived on time and prepared with brochures and recommendation. The detailed estimate arrived by email next day, work booked and completed on the day and time agreed, to the penny of the estimate. Fantastic communication and a very high standard of work with no mess left. Rare prompt and highly professional service in this industry. didn’t tut, suck through his teeth or rub his chin once.

We have used Gary for various projects over the years. He’s done pretty much anything in our home from changing taps, to fitting kitchens, to kitting out our conservatory so we can work! He’s always been on time, reliable and the quote has always matched the final price. Gary and his team are extremely professional and friendly. They have just renovated my hallway which needed a cupboard relocating, electrics, new ceiling, new floor and walls replastered. They were punctual and reliable and left the hall clean and tidy every evening. I also asked Gary to replace a bath tap/shower fitting which had proved too tricky for a plumber I had called put previously. Despite it being a bigger task than anticipated Gary had the job finished the very next day. Highly recommended!

This has been along journey from start to completion due to other agencies. After the rip out I was convinced the work could not be completed however Gary assured me there was nothing to worry about. The end result was worth the journey. Nothing was too much trouble to carry out jobs which had not seen at the start of the build. We have other projects and will gladly use Gary and his team to do the job.
